Blog posts have been thin on the ground lately, largely due to a visit to eastern Canada where I explored Newfoundland and reacquainted myself with Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia after a 46-year absence. In addition to taking some time out I visited several museums, a trio of forts and quite a number of war memorials. It was an excellent trip and one I highly recommend to others.

I’ve also been working on a number of First World War projects as well as researching soldiers for several clients. Time has been in short supply however I have just added a shop to my blog. I need to downsize and so I’m looking for good homes for some items from my collection.  I plan to add to the list over time so if you find anything of interest please be sure to contact me.
